HOW DOES IT WORK?
Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil to receive a desired image. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink or other printable materials which can be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a garment such as an overall, tee-shirt or workwear
Screenprinting is argubaly one of the most cost-effective ways to brand your workwear. Generally screenprinting is used to brand names, logos, company profiles and other information on overalls, tee-shirts, reflective wear and other general workwear. Screenprinting is a great solution for cost-effective branding bearing in mind that the prints will eventually fade over time with washing and wear and tear.
Any screenprint job requires a plate to be made up which results in a once-off fee. However, once this plate has been approved, it can be used over and over again.
Pricing is extremely affordbale and for each print, it is based on the size and colour of the print and is worked off either A5 or A4 sizing. Anything larger will require a custom quote. Our sales team will be able to provide accuracte costings based on the artwork and size of the print job.
